8th Grade Language Arts (Kit - 13 pieces)

These 10 eighth-grade ELA units develop advanced reading, writing, grammar, research, literary analysis, argumentation, speaking, listening, and media literacy skills through fiction, nonfiction, poetry, drama, expository texts, persuasive writing, and multimedia communication. Students learn to analyze themes, rhetoric, point of view, figurative language, evidence, and author’s purpose while strengthening research, collaboration, and presentation skills. The ultimate goal is for students to become critical readers, analytical thinkers, skilled writers, and effective communicators prepared for high school, college, and real-world communication.
