Bright Thinker Curriculum Return Policy

Bright Thinker is committed to providing high-quality educational materials. If you need to return curriculum materials, the following policy applies:

Return Eligibility

• Returns must be requested within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.

• All materials must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

• Opened, used, damaged, or incomplete materials are not eligible for return.

• Digital products, licenses, subscriptions, and online course access are non-refundable once access has been granted.

Return Authorization

To initiate a return, customers must contact Bright Thinker at schoolorders@brightthinker.com within 14 days of receiving their order. Please include:

• School or organization name

• Order number

• Contact name and email address

• Reason for the return

Bright Thinker will provide return instructions and any necessary return authorization information.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by Bright Thinker or damaged materials received during shipment.

• Returned materials should be packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.

Refund Processing

• Refunds will be issued after returned materials are received and inspected.

• Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method or account used for the purchase.

• Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of a Bright Thinker error.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If materials arrive damaged or if an incorrect item was shipped, please notify Bright Thinker within 5 business days of delivery by emailing schoolorders@brightthinker.com. Bright Thinker will work promptly to resolve the issue.

Bright Thinker reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the requirements outlined in this policy.
