Introduces students to personal identity, personality, self-esteem, growth, wellness, substance abuse, friendships, diversity, conflict resolution, responsible decision-making, and goal setting. Students examine how personal needs, wants, values, priorities, and choices affect their lives while establishing measurable short- and long-term goals for personal and professional growth.
