Health 7th & 8th Grade (Kit - 13 pieces)

These 10 seventh- and eighth-grade health units develop understanding of body systems, disease prevention, nutrition, fitness, safety, mental health, substance abuse prevention, healthy relationships, human development, and personal wellness. Students learn decision-making, refusal skills, stress management, communication, goal setting, and first aid while exploring the connections between physical, emotional, mental, and social health. The ultimate goal is for students to develop lifelong healthy habits, resilience, critical thinking, and responsible behaviors that support personal well-being, healthy relationships, and safe decision-making.
